Kerri Kasper is a recruiter and has been in the HR space for over 20 years in the Sacramento region, and finds it just as fulfilling (and challenging!) as when she started. She is currently at Edges Electrical group is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement and employer branding for 12 Northern CA branches supporting over 350+ employees (and growing!). When Kasper joined Edges, the wholesale supply chain and electrical trade were about the only spaces she hadn’t recruited for–she has loved every minute of learning the industry and attracting talent to a company she is truly proud to work for. When not recruiting, Kasper is mom to an early 20s adult daughter, 2 dogs, and for fun, likes to sing. Kasper joined a traditional jazz band last year and performing at local venues throughout Sacramento. Kasper has been impressed by the work that SacVERG is doing for veterans, and is looking forward to contributing to increasing the footprint and making an even bigger impact in the Sacramento region!
