1. Veteran Hiring Program- have leadership and HR on board
2. If possible, have veteran employee a part of the hiring process
3. Build a Veteran Career Landing Page
4. Veteran Friendly Job Descriptions- Have them “competency based” versus years of experience.
5. Create an ERG- Employee Resource Group.
