Carl Cox is the Chief Executive Officer of Calabria Group. He is responsible for overall corporate strategy, growth initiatives, operations, and business activities.
Carl arrived in the Sacramento region 26 years ago with the U.S. Air Force Recruiting Service, with whom he spent six years offering opportunities to young men and women with a desire to serve their country, as well as training recruiters to do the same.
Upon retirement in 2003, Carl began a career in the staffing business. During his time in staffing, Carl has held a number of positions of increased responsibility, culminating in his current role as CEO of Calabria Group.
Carl is very excited by the opportunity to give back to those who have given so much in the service of our Country; as well as assisting the business community in finding the great talent that resides within the Veteran community in the Sacramento Region.
